  • Is there a minimum spend or room hire fee?

    There is no minimum spend requirements, Oakley Hall are give you the option to unwind together in a private space. We do have room hire fees, starting from £300 and up to £2,000 depending on which room you would like to spend your evening. Take a look at our function spaces before getting in touch with us for a more accurate quote.

  • Can I bring my own decorations?

    Oakley Hall will be dressed up for the Festive season in Red and Gold. If you would like to bring your own balloons or team up with one of our trusted suppliers, you are more than welcome. All we ask is that you let us know with plenty of time to your booking and the events team can coordinate with you about your set up.

  • Do you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?

    Yes, at Oakley Hall Hotel our talented team of Chefs work closely with each event to ensure the safety of all our guests. We ask that you share these details with us at least 14 days prior to your event so that the Kitchen team have enough time to prepare for your event.

  • Are children allowed?

    Absolutely! We would like you to be able to celebrate the festive season with whoever you would like to, if that includes children, they are more than welcome.
