  • Restaurant Supervisor

    Restaurant Supervisor:

    Oakley Hall Hotel is one of the finest venues in Hampshire. A luxury 4-star property located just 6 miles outside of Basingstoke and situated amongst 315 acres of country estate. Beautifully restored to its former self, Oakley Hall offers a perfect setting for accommodation, weddings, conferences, team building and corporate events.

    As Restaurant Supervisor, you will report to the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the establishment, staff supervision, along with ordering and stock control, it is essential you have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have previous experience of working with an establishment of a similar high standard. You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.

  • Waiter/Waitress

    We are currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Assistant.

    This position is full-time over 7 days including weekends, evenings & Bank Holidays.
    Due to the location of the property, valid drivers license and own transport is essential.
    Bar experience will be preferred.

  • Conference & Banqueting Assistant

    C&B Assistant:

    Oakley Hall Hotel is one of the finest venues in Hampshire. A luxury 4-star property located just 6 miles outside of Basingstoke and situated amongst 315 acres of country estate. Beautifully restored to its former self, Oakley Hall Hotel offers a perfect setting for accommodation, weddings, conferences, team building and corporate events and has a total of 50 bedrooms.

    We are currently looking to recruit a Conference & Banqueting Assistant.

    The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, dedicated and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will be working throughout the various departments including Conference and Events and occasionally covering shifts in our bar and Restaurant.

    This position is full-time over 7 days including weekends, evenings & Bank Holidays.

    Due to the location of the property, valid drivers license and own transport is essential.

    The candidate needs to ensure all Conference and Banqueting facilities are maintained to the standards required and our guests receive efficient, professional and friendly service at all times.

    Salary: £23,795 p/a
