With spaces suitable for everything between 13 and 400 delegates, state-of-the-art facilities, and excellent transport links, Oakley Hall Hotel is the ideal place for all manner of corporate events. Our day and 24-hour delegate rates include the hire cost of your chosen meeting room, as well as a flipchart, LCD projector, screen hire, and high speed wireless internet. Plus, you can also choose to hire our 50" LED TV or our 75” 4K Big Pad with interactive display.

Garden Pavilion

With room for 400 delegates, our Garden Pavilion is ideal for conferences. It has its own high-tech lighting and PA system. As well as this, we can offer a large screen and rear projector in the Garden Pavilion for an additional £250.

Garden Suite (Garden Room and Winchester combined)

When connected, the Garden Room and Winchester form the Garden Suite. Together, these rooms are capable of hosting 60 delegates in classroom-style or can accommodate up to 120 guests for a banquet.

Garden Room

With large windows and bright, airy interiors, the Garden Room is ideal for meetings. It's fully air conditioned and is spacious enough to accommodate 60 guests in a theatre-style layout or up to 60 for a dinner party.

The Library

The Library features a beautiful Georgian fireplace, has plenty of natural daylight, and is fully air conditioned. With room for 25 delegates in boardroom-style, or 28 in a classroom-style setup, it's perfect for smaller meetings and presentations.

Austens

Austens is one of our smaller meeting spaces, accommodating up to 24 delegates in a boardroom-style layout or up to 60 in theatre-style. It has plenty of natural daylight and is also fully air conditioned.

Steventon

Located on the first floor, our Steventon room can accommodate meetings for 24 in boardroom-style or 36 in a classroom layout. Three large south facing windows flood the space with natural daylight, and it's also fully air conditioned.

Winchester

Just like the Garden Room, the Winchester is on the ground floor and has plenty of natural daylight. It can accommodate meetings or presentations of up to 22 guests in boardroom-style or up to 60 guests for dining.

Alton

Alton can also be found on the first floor, however it is a much smaller space. With room for 16 delegates in a boardroom layout, or up to 30 for a dinner party, it's suited to smaller meetings and get togethers.

Bramley

Our Bramley room is our smallest meeting space. It's perfect for more intimate meetings and presentations, with room for 18 in a classroom-style layout or 24 for dining. While this room is fully heated, it doesn't feature air conditioning.
