Summer Events at Oakley Hall, Basingstoke

To confirm your Summer Ball booking a signed booking form and full pre-payment is required. All payments made are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable. 

Parties of 8 guests or more will be allocated their own tables, smaller parties will be seated on shared tables. Guests must be 18 years or older to attend the Summer Ball. Bedrooms booked separately to the Summer Ball tickets are sold on a first come first served basis at a reduced function rate starting from £225 per room. Valid card details are required to secure your booking with full payment to be taken on arrival. In the event that the separate bedroom reservation requires to be cancelled, this must be done by 12pm the day prior to arrival otherwise 100% cancellation fee will apply.
