If you have already got married or are planning to have your ceremony off-site / abroad, Oakley Hall’s Twilight Package is perfect for you. This package is designed for those who want a celebration that starts in the late afternoon, rather than an all day event, and includes an arrival drink, canapés, evening food, DJ and dance floor. Depending on your guest numbers, which can vary from 50 to 350, you can take your pick from the modern Garden Pavilion or the beautiful Garden Suite. With our ready-made Twilight package, the hardest decision will be to decide which room you’d like to host your celebrations – both of which will certainly keep your guests talking for months!

Oakley Hall is located in the county of Hampshire, just outside the town of Basingstoke. Our venue is 15 minutes from the Basingstoke train station (with trains arriving from London, the Midlands and the South West every 50 minutes), and can be accessed conveniently via the M3, M4 and A34. With 50 bedrooms and suites onsite, we can accommodate plenty of your family members & friends before, during or after your celebration.

  • What is a Twilight Wedding?

    A Twilight Wedding is a wedding celebration that begins later in the day, usually from 4pm onwards. Depending on what you are looking for, it can include a ceremony or can just be the celebrations afterwards. It’s a great choice for couples who are wanting to have their ceremony off-site or on an entirely different day, whilst also providing a cost-effect option compared to a full day of celebrations.

    Twilight wedding packages vary depending on the venue. Oakley Hall’s Twilight Wedding Package begins with arrival drinks & canapés and leads straight into a delicious evening meal with dancing afterwards.   • What dates is the Twilight Wedding package available to book for?

    Oakley Hall's twilight package is available to book Mondays to Fridays all year round, weekend dates are available to book October to March.

  • How many guests can attend?

  • What's the difference between this package and the others you have available?

    Oakley Hall's Twilight Package is designed for couples who want their celebrations to start later. The package does not include a ceremony, but it does include canapés, a number of drinks throughout the afternoon, evening catering and accommodation for the couple the night of the wedding in our Four Poster Suite. If you would like to get married before your twilight celebrations, you can have a civil ceremony or blessing at an extra cost. Our Oakley and Steventon packages are designed for you to have a full day of celebrations at Oakley Hall. You will have access to the hotel from 7am the day of your wedding.   • What time is a Twilight wedding?

    A Twilight Wedding typically starts in the late afternoon around 4pm. A Twilight Wedding at Oakley Hall starts at 4pm and goes on until Midnight. You have the option to extend until 1am, except on Sundays. An additional fee of £300 will be added.

  • Can I add on a ceremony to my Twilight Package?

    The Twilight Package at Oakley Hall doesn't include a ceremony, if you would like to have a ceremony or blessing with your Twilight Package it would be an added fee of £895 or £1.490 for a ceremony or blessing within our Woodland Pavilion.
