    Booking can be cancelled up until 12noon 24 hours prior to arrival, any bookings cancelled after this time will be fully charged. Please note that the property is cashless.

Our manor home is nestled with 315 acres of estate grounds & gardens which are just waiting for you to explore. Our Woodland Walk takes you around the property's gardens past the Ha-Ha sunken wall, sequoia trees and the Kitchen Garden.

Hampshire is one of the most versatile counties in England with picturesque beaches, acres of farmland and plenty of magical woodlands to explore (including the New Forest National Park!). Our property is also located a short distance from the shopping city of Southampton, the historical cities of Portsmouth and Winchester and the quaint villages of Alresford, Beaulieu and Lymington.
