Back by popular demand, we are delighted to once again be hosting our annual Summer Ball!

There is no evening quite like the annual Summer Ball at Oakley Hall Hotel. Set within our stunning 315 acre countryside estate in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, this will be one of the county's most anticipated events of the year!

Whether you're looking to join us for just the night or wanting a luxurious overnight stay with breakfast the next day, our Summer Ball packages will have everything you need to make your night an unforgettable one.

WHEN? Saturday 6th June 2026, from 7pm.
WHERE? Oakley Hall Hotel, Rectory Road, Oakley, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG23 7EL.
WHO? Guests must be of at least 18 years of age.
WHAT (is the dress code)? Black tie.

Here's what you can expect on the night!

- Glass of Champagne & canapés on arrival
- Delicious 3 course seasonal meal designed by our Head Chef & team

Residential Package: From £185 per person 
(Based on double occupancy in a Deluxe Bedroom on a Bed & Breakfast basis)

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend the Summer Ball event. To confirm your ticket only booking, a signed booking form and £20 per person deposit will be required. To confirm your residential stay booking, a signed booking form and £150 per room deposit will be required. A £75 per night single supplement fee will apply. Final payment is due no later than Friday 8th May. Guests with dietary requirements can be catered for, but our team must know with plenty of time in advance. Pre-orders are required no later than Friday 8th May. Bookings with groups of 1 to 7 guests will be seated on joiner tables. Groups of 8 guests or more will be on private tables.

    Deluxe Bedroom: £370 per room
    Executive Bedroom: £430 per room
    Courtyard Suite: £520 per room
    Four Poster Suite: £590 per room

    Tickets only are priced at £95 per person.

    All residential package prices above are based on 2 adults sharing a double room. 

AWARD-WINNING, SEASONAL DINING

Our Chef's will be embracing the best ingredients that Hampshire has to offer in Summer. From freshly grilled Wye Valley asparagus to melt-in-the-mouth beef Wellington, there's something delicious for all to enjoy. Not forgetting fresh as can be desserts which include poached Pimms berries with clotted cream and a classic English egg tart with vanilla ice cream.

What better way is there to celebrate the Summer season than with a luxury overnight stay in one of our bedrooms or suites? You can save yourself the hassle of arranging a taxi or designated-driver, and instead take the short walk to your bedroom or suite. And what's more, a hearty full English breakfast will be ready for you the following morning in the Glasshouse Restaurant!
