  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Vouchers and Glasshouse Dining Club cards cannot be used for Mother's Day Afternoon Tea on Saturday 14th or Sunday 15th March or Mother's Day Lunch on Sunday 15th March. Gifts for each Mother cannot be guaranteed unless the number is specified at the time of booking. Valid card details are required to secure all bookings for the Mother's Day weekend. If guests cancel their booking within 6 hours of the reservation or do not show up on the day, a £20 per person no show fee will be taken. Tables of 10 guests or more dining on the Mother's Day lunch menu will be required to pre-order. Dogs are not permitted to join guests on 14th or 15th March.

  • Do you cater to guests with dietary requirements?

    Absolutely! All we ask is that you give us plenty of time in advance so our chef's can create an alternative option for you to enjoy!

  • Can I bring my dog(s)?

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of the events dogs are not permitted to join you for Mother's Day Afternoon Tea or Mother's Day lunch. Any guests who are staying with us overnight, must leave their dogs in their bedrooms or suites during food service. Service dogs are permitted to join guests.
