Afternoon tea

Or if the weather's kind, take a seat on the terrace and soak up the stunning views over the back lawn whilst you tuck in. Afternoon tea is served seven days a week between 12pm and 5pm.

Kitchen Garden

Our Kitchen Garden dates back to 1860 and is where you'll find much of the seasonal vegetables and fruit used in our menus, such as apples, peaches, figs, berries and plums. We also grow a fantastic selection of herbs including mint, fennel, sage, rosemary, thyme and chives. Guests are welcome to visit - simply follow the directions on the map of our grounds.

Our comfortable 1795 Bar & Lounge offers the perfect space for relaxing with a drink before your meal. You could even linger a little longer and try one of our delicious post-dinner cocktails. Came for Afternoon Tea. Great service and chef went over & above to cater for my Diabetes. Took a walk around the grounds, afterwards. Really nice place and great location. Maybe come back for Sunday lunch.
