Terms & conditions: Prices include VAT. All prices indicated are based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room. The Garden Cottage price is based on 6 guests sharing. Single occupancy supplement: £75 per night. Children under 12 years of age sharing with adults will be charged at £199 per child for the 2 night stay, or £269 for the 3 night stay. There is no charge for children under 3 years of age. A deposit of £150 per bedroom and a signed booking form is required to confirm your Christmas Break booking. Final payment and Christmas Day Lunch pre-orders are due by Monday 16th November. Dogs are not permitted to join guests during Christmas Day Lunch or Boxing Day Lunch service, and instead must be left in the bedrooms during your reservations.

During your stay with us over the Christmas Bank Holidays, you will be dining on the mouth-watering dishes designed by our award-winning chefs. Our menus will feature traditional Christmas Day Lunch and other Christmas dishes whilst highlighting locally sourced produce from in & around Hampshire.

Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! We would be delighted to welcome your four-legged friends to Oakley Hall Hotel. All we ask is that dogs are left in your bedrooms during Christmas Day Lunch and Boxing Day Lunch service.

Can you cater to guests with dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater to guests with specific allergies or intolerances. If either you or one of your guests has a dietary requirement you will need to inform a member of our events team at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If you do not, we cannot guarantee that an alternative/swap out will be available.

Can I request a bedroom?
Of course! If you've joined us before and have a specific room you'd like to stay in do let us know and we will do our best to allocate you that room.
