We are currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Assistant.

Hotel Reception Supervisor

- Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure all reception staff provide a warm, professional welcome
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved to the highest standard
- Train, develop, and motivate the reception team to deliver exceptional service
- Set schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain operational efficiency and staff morale
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services
- Ensure all front office policies, procedures, and safety standards are adhered to by staff

Guest Service, Operation and Product
- Your role will include reception or reservations shift-work, including report running, auditing and shift closure.
- To assist guests with luggage.
- Work to the checklists provided in your department, understanding and supporting their importance.
- You will be required to have a full understanding of all that the hotel has to offer its guests, this is not limited to rooms it will also include other experiences and facilities.
- Be a team player – understand your colleague’s role and tasks and how your actions influence the rest of the operation.
- Adhere to the uniform standards at all times including high levels of personal hygiene.

Reporting to the Reception Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
To work a mixture of AM, PM, middle shifts, and must be available to work weekends as well
- Cover night shift in the rare event that the main night team are unavailable.
- To ensure that all guests and visitors receive a warm welcome and a lasting first impression of the hotel.
- To be a point of contact for all hotel guests in person, on the phone, or via email and to deal with all situations in a polite and courteous manner.
- To ensure that any special requests made by guests are followed through with the respective department.
- Complete shift checklists to ensure consistency of service delivery and preparation for the next shift.
- Strive as a team to exceed departmental targets, including financial, guest review, loyalty enrolment, and loyalty recognition.
- Additional tasks as requested by Management should the situation arise.
