Oakley Hall is a country manor house nestled within over 300 acres of estate gardens & woodlands. Everywhere you turn is a uniquely beautiful space; immaculate lawns, the topiary garden, sequoia trees, the Kitchen Garden and the sparkling water fountain. Whether you choose to have an outdoor ceremony with the fountain as your backdrop, reception drinks on one of our outdoor terraces or fireworks on the back lawns, the Oakley Hall gardens sets an undeniably jaw-dropping scene for your wedding celebrations.
The Woodland Pavilion
The Woodland Pavilion is our rustic outdoor ceremony structure, which overlooks the trickling water fountain and serene gardens. With a licensed capacity of up to 160 guests, the Woodland Pavilion is undeniably one of the most unique spaces to tie the knot in Hampshire.
The Lawn
The moment you set eyes upon our lawns, there's no denying how perfect this serene setting could be for your wedding celebrations. The lawns are the perfect backdrop for your wedding pictures, whether it be as just you and your loved one or with the whole party. We've seen couples and their guests enjoy games of croquet and cricket on the lawns, jumping high on bouncy castles and even say their 'I do's' with outdoor ceremonies. Our back gardens are also south facing, which means you'll enjoy the sunshine (if the weather is playing nice) for the majority of your day!
The Topiary Garden
Arguably one of the most unique features of Oakley Hall is our elegant topiary garden. The variety of bushes, which come in all shapes & sizes, make the most eye-catching backdrop for your wedding photography. Photographers often like to time your shoots with golden hour so the delicate rays of sunshine peer through the trees.
The Kitchen Garden
Picture over 40 apple trees and a selection of fruits, vegetables, herbs & flowers setting the background for your wedding photography. It couldn't be more down-to-earth it you tried! The Kitchen Garden is one of the most peaceful settings for your wedding day. Our couples enjoy taking just a few minutes to themselves by winding through the trees and patches. Each season brings a different scene, from vibrant colours in the Summer to Autumnal hues of pumpkins and squashes in the colder months.
The Woodlands
If you're looking for a more magical setting for your wedding photography, the woodlands are the spot for you. Whether it's to capture that perfect dramatic shot with shadows surrounding you or if you just want a place to cool off during the Summer months, our Woodlands are the perfect addition or alternative for your wedding photography.
The Driveway
Whether you're wanting to take a leisurely stroll as newly weds or wanting to capture a shot with a classic car in the scene, our driveway is one of the most magical spots of Oakley Hall. With fields on either side and uninterrupted views, the driveway is a well-liked spot by photographers!
The Fields
When we say over 300 acres, we well and truly mean it! Surrounding Oakley Hall are acres and acres of farmed fields, from bright yellow rapeseed to vibrant corn and wheat stalks. Depending on the time of year, you could potentially have one of the most elegantly rustic backdrops for your wedding photography.
