We invite you, your friends and your colleagues to join us for an unforgettable Christmas Party Night on Saturday 5th and Friday 11th December 2026 at our charming countryside hotel in Basingstoke.
For two nights in December, you can enjoy a sparkling atmosphere in the beautiful Garden Pavilion which is adorned with built in ceiling fairy lights, features a private bar and leads straight to our gardens (perfect for you to catch a breath of fresh air!). During your party, you will indulge in a mouth-watering feast created by our award-winning chefs and dance the night away with spectacular entertainment!
MICHAEL BUBLé TRIBUTE PARTY NIGHT
Saturday 5th December
Join us Saturday 5th December for Oakley Hall's very first Tribute Shared Party Night! We are delighted to welcome an incredibly talented Michael Bublé tribute act, who will sing the night away whilst welcoming you to the dance floor. You and your guests will also dine from our Head Chef's specially curated menu that highlights the heartiest and finest ingredients Hampshire has to offer during the Winter season!

Terms & conditions: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend the Shared Christmas Party events. To confirm your ticket only booking, a signed booking form and £25 per person deposit will be required. Final payment is due no later than Thursday 5th November. Deposit is strictly non-refundable. Guests with dietary requirements can be catered for, but our team must know with plenty of time in advance. Pre-orders are required no later than Thursday 5th November. Bookings with groups of 1 to 7 guests will be seated on joiner tables. Groups of 8 guests or more will be on private tables.

Our Shared Christmas Party is back and better than ever before! You, your friends and your colleagues are invited to join us on Friday 11th December for a festive night that will never forget! Feast on the delights of a specially curated seasonal menu and dance the night away until 1am with our fantastic live DJ.

Oakley Hall is home to 50 cosy bedrooms and suites, including a three bedroom Garden Cottage. So, after you've danced the night away at our Tribute or Shared Christmas Party Night you can relax & unwind in soft Egyptian cotton, soak in a hot shower or bubbling bath and switch off with a 40" smart TV.

Basingstoke is located in North Hampshire, making it the ideal spot to meet up with your friends and colleagues. Just 40 minutes from Southampton, 45 minutes from Reading and 90 minutes from Central London - our hotel will be your home-away-from-home in the beautiful countryside.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes. All we ask is that you inform a member of our events team with at least 4 weeks prior to your party night, preferably before. If it is any later than this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cater to the guest with the dietary requirement.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes. Guests must be at least 18 years of age.

Will there be theming?
Absolutely! Our Garden Pavilion will be festively dressed & decorated throughout.

Can I book accommodation?
Yes! Bedrooms will be available to book. Bedrooms are on a first come first serve basis, so book your bedrooms sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!
