Membership is free and open to anyone aged 18 years and over.
10% membership discount is available for lunch, afternoon tea or dinner served in the Glasshouse Restaurant only for a maximum of 4 guests on one table. Only a single 10% discount will be applied per table.
Membership discount is not available on special occasions including Valentine’s, Mother’s & Father’s days, Summer Ball, Masquerade Ball, Christmas & Boxing Day Lunch, New Year’s Eve – please check prior to booking.
Membership discount is not available on accommodation and accommodation dinner inclusive packages.
Members discount is strictly subject to availability and membership must be mentioned when making a reservation. Your membership card must be presented on the day of your visit to receive your discount. Discounts cannot be reclaimed retrospectively.
Oakley Hall Hotel reserves the right to amend membership conditions, and to refuse or cancel membership at any time without giving a reason.
Oakley Hall Hotel reserve the right to refuse admission at any time.
Your personal data supplied in your membership registration will be used solely to process your Glasshouse Dining Club membership and we will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties.
Your Glasshouse Dining Club membership application gives your consent to receive marketing communications from Oakley Hall Hotel and you have the right to unsubscribe from these at any time.
All membership cards remain the property of Oakley Hall Hotel and are not transferable. Any misuse of the card may jeopardise your membership. Please do not give your card to anyone else as this could result in your membership being cancelled.
