Courtyard Executive - £365.00 per person
Courtyard Suite - £399.00 per person
3 Bedroom Garden Cottage - £399.00 per person

Children under 12 sharing with adults - £169.00,
Children of 3 years and under are complimentary
(All prices are per adult, based on 2 sharing a double or
twin Courtyard bedroom. Single supplement
£50.00 per night.)
Terms & Conditions 2013
1. All bookings require a completed booking form and a £20.00 per
person deposit. This is payable within 7 days of making your
reservation. If the deposit is not received Oakley Hall reserves the
right to release the reservation. All deposits are strictly
non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Full payment of your event is payable no later than Monday 4th
November 2013. Should payment not be received by this date,
Oakley Hall reserves the right to release your reservation and no
deposit will be refunded.
3. Bookings made after 4th November 2013 will require full
payment.
4. All deposits and pre-payments are strictly non-refundable and
non-transferable.
5. Your booking will be confirmed when we receive all deposits and
a completed booking form. For group bookings please pay on one
credit/debit card or with one cheque. Any invoice over £500.00
settled by credit card will be liable to a surcharge of 2,5%.
6. Cancellations made less than four weeks prior to the date of your
event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
7. No refunds will be given for any reduction in numbers whatsoever,
neither is the amount transferable.
8. All accommodation bookings require full pre-payment upon
booking to receive the guaranteed function rate. Payment is
non-refundable.
9. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
10. Oakley Hall reserves the right to alter menus without prior notice.
11. Oakley Hall reserves the right to cancel or amend any Christmas
event should insufficient bookings be received. In the unlikely
event of insufficient bookings being received, every attempt will be
made to secure an alternative date. Should this not be possible, a
full refund will be given.
12. Oakley Hall reserves the right, without prior notice to relocate the
function to an alternative function room according to numbers.
13. Oakley Hall reserves the right to change or cancel advertised
entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control.
14. The conduct and behaviour of guests is the responsibility of the
Party Organiser.
15. The company reserves the right to charge the customer for any
damage to the companies and buildings fixtures and fittings.
Details will be given to the customer. The customer will have the
right to view damages up to 2 days after the event before charges
are made.
16. We regret that children are unable to attend the Themed
Christmas Party Nights.
17. No Jeans or Trainers may be worn on the premises.
18. Taxi’s must be pre-booked and guests must be picked up no later
than 1:15am and on New Year’s Eve 2:15am.
