  • What time will the evening party have to end?

    Discos must end at 1am between Mondays and Saturdays and at 12.30am on Sundays. Live bands are subject to approval and must finish by 11pm.

  • Is there a room to get ready in on the day of my wedding?

    Yes. The Whitchurch Suite is our wedding preparation and dressing room, which will be able to accommodate up to 10 people, including hair & makeup artists and photographers. It features three purpose built vanity tables & mirrors, a curtained off dressing area, Bluetooth Sonos speakers as well as complimentary hire of Oakley Hall's dressing gowns & slippers and a bottle of Prosecco! The Whitchurch Suite is included in the Oakley wedding package, and will be charged at £300 per day for Deane or bespoke wedding packages.

  • What should we do about a table plan?

    Seating can be arranged in groups of up to 12 on round tables. Once you’ve decided on your table plan, please email it to us, along with your place cards, at least seven days before your wedding and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Can you help with menus?

    Certainly. We will print one complimentary menu for each table.

  • Can we stay at Oakley Hall Hotel the night before the wedding?

    Yes - you, your family and your friends are more than welcome to stay over the night prior to your wedding. Why not enjoy a meal together in the Glasshouse Restaurant before having a good nights sleep and getting ready the morning of your wedding?

  • Can we hire Oakley Hall Hotel for exclusive use?

    Exclusive use is available upon request. Please contact us for details and prices.

  • Do you offer special accommodation rates for wedding guests?

    We offer a total of 50 bedrooms which can be booked by your guests for the night of your wedding. If a minimum of 18 bedrooms are required for your guests on the night of your wedding, we would be pleased to offer reduced accommodation rates. Please ask our Wedding Co-ordinators for full information regarding bedroom rates and terms & conditions.

  • Do your prices include VAT?

    All rates are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless indicated otherwise. If the VAT amount changes (up or down) after confirming your wedding booking the amount charged for the wedding will not be amended as a result.

  • What if any of my guests have special dietary needs?

    Special dietary requirements can be accommodated for if pre-ordered.

  • What are the confirmation and payment terms?

    A £2,000.00 deposit along with a signed contract will be required to confirm your wedding. We then require a second £2,000.00 deposit 6 months prior to your wedding date. Your final payment will then be due 8 weeks before your wedding date.

  • Do you allow external catering?

    Oakley Hall Hotel allows external catering for your special day. For Asian weddings, we have a number of recommended suppliers. Please contact our Wedding Coordinators for further information.

  • Can our dog attend our wedding?

    Absolutely! We are proud to be a dog-friendly wedding venue. Please contact our team to find out more.
