Join us for an evening of fine dining and Joseph Perrier Champagne tasting on Friday 27th June 2014 at Oakley Hall Hotel.
Joseph Perrier has been producing champagne since 1825 and is one of the few independent family owned champagne houses left in France.
The vineyard is only 21 hectares and the philosophy of the current owner, Jean-Claude Fourmon, who is the sixth generation to run Joseph Perrier, has always been to maintain the quality rather than increase the yield of the vineyard.
The result is a soft, fruity style of champagne, very easy to drink, with a long flavour that refreshes the palate.
It has been served at numerous prestigious events such as the Nobel Prize Dinners and further back enjoyed by Queen Victoria and King Edward VII.
We are delighted to announce that Martin Gamman, Joseph Perrier’s brand ambassador, will be hosting the evening.
